3 more pages

Continuing on my last post, here are three more images that will be part of the project/book/thing. My scanner is a tiny bit smaller than the drawings and they're not all cleaned up or anything, but I'm just trying to churn them out as quickly as possible D:
It's been raining a lot so I've been hunched over my desk with tea and drawing so I won't have to go anywhere.
Hope you like them!

Farewell Project

This year I'm in my fourth year at Emily Carr, which means I can work on a grad project. Right now I'm finally starting to produce finished images for my project, which will be some kind of hardbound book containing a narrative of images. I'm not too caught up in what exactly the finished product will be but I've been working on a story and doing lots of sketchies and hopefully the end result will be neat.
I hope you like these first 2 pages, I won't describe the story too much right now but this will probably be at the beginning.
I have lots of drawing to do! I hope it can be 10-20 pages long. :s

Photos by Nina Pak

Keep reading for more photos~
Here are some photos from a shoot I did recently with photographer Nina Pak and stylist/designer/superhero Dani Barnes! Nina did an amazing job on the photos and our hair, and she fed us delicious vegan food the entire time.
Dani and I did each others makeup and I am wearing my own chainmail/studded bustier and jewelry that I made along with some of Dani's designs. I was given the chainmail part attached to a bustier that I took apart and reconstructed with a belt and a bra. AND THEN I COVERED IT IN LEATHER AND SPIKES

Typologies

8&1/2x1,  acrylic gouache and ink on bristol
I drew some lips for school. They are all musicians, performers, and artists of some kind that I thought had really extraordinary lips/lipstick styles.

My job is fun

Alison Woodward and I  just finished re-making one of the awesomest things I've worked on this summer. I don't have a lot of time to make stuff for myself in the summer because I have an awesome real-life job where I make fun things for Public Dreams Society. We made a giant Jenga and Twister game under the direction of crafty mastermind Alison Therriault to be rented out and sent to various festivals and events. They were awesome but the materials we used didn't hold up to the abuse so we had to repair and eventually re-do them completely. I had to throw the Twister away but I'm going to be making a new one soon I guess!
We just finished the Jenga today though and it turned out awesome, we tried it out and took some photos and I think I need to get my stilts on to play it next time.

Bass Coast

Hello! I had a magical time at Bass Coast with my BFF Lucas thanks to this drawing I did for the festival! Because Bass Coast is an amazing project and it is run by wonderful ladies, including The Librarian who is probably my favourite DJ in Vancouver/everywhere.
